Food Safety Certification
Commercial kitchens require a high level of sanitation. This is to ensure the safety of those working in the kitchen and the customers they serve. Having a food safety certification will let us know you understand and can maintain these high standards within a shared environment. Servsafe offers a variety of food safety courses. The Toledo Commercial would prefer all clients have the Servsafe Food Manager certification.
Business License
All clients of the Toledo Commercial Kitchen must be properly licensed and legal business entities. Established businesses should already have the required licenses. New businesses or those looking to start a business can learn more about obtaining an Ohio business license and an Ohio vendor’s license from the state. Have questions? We can help!
